Proper customer service is our utmost focus and priority at Polyhex. Our management team is more than happy to speak to you in case you have any questions or issues regarding our products, returns and other logistical matters. If your Item arrives in a damaged condition, then please contact us as soon as possible ( Within 7 Days of delivery date ) We will need a photo of the damaged goods as evidence. When we receive the photographic evidence of the damage, then a replacement item can be sent or a refund processed depending on which you require. We also adhere to the distance selling regulations (Now called the Consumer Rights Regulation).
